How is the Idle Hybrid Mattress Constructed?
Both the Idle Hybrid and the Idle Latex Hybrid are made with Certipur certified foams which guarantees that they contain no PBDE’s, TDCPP or ozone depleters.
Idle mattresses are 14″ tall and created with carry handles attached to the sides which make it simple to rotate them.

The cover of the Idle Hybrid is made with Thermocool which is a material that helps keep you cool when you’re hot and warm when you are cool.
IDLE LATEX HYBRID
Available with Talalay or Dunlop latex.
Cover— The 100% cotton cover actually has a 1-inch layer of natural wool woven into it to offer comfort and additional softness.
3 ″ Gel Buoyancy Foam— 100% Natural Dunlop Latex or Talalay layers offers cooling and bounce to the mattress as well as offering it more support than regular memory foam. The latex is naturally hypoallergenic and has anti-microbial properties, too.
6 ″ Pocketed Coils— This layer has high quality steel pocketed innerspring coils that act as the core support of the mattress.

Latex tends to sleep really cool since it is aerated and won’t trap heat the way a traditional memory foam mattress does.

What is the firmness of the Idle?
The Idle Sleep mattresses can be found in 2 firmness selections: Medium and Luxury Firm.
You have the choice of deciding upon a mattress with 2 Luxury Firm sides, 2 Medium sides or Medium on one side and Luxury Firm on the other side.
The Medium is around a 6.5 out of 10, where 10 is the firmest. The Luxury Firm is around a 9 out of 10.

EDGE SUPPORT
This is a measure of how supportive the bed is around its perimeter.

MOTION TRANSFER
Although there is some bounce with the Idle, there is a minimum amount of motion transfer. The separately wrapped coils isolate motion much better than standard inner springs.
